Cheese Tomato

Cheese tomato is most popular North Indian dish mostly served in the Dhabas and restaurants all around the world. Cheese Tomato is rich, creamy tomato based curry cooked with soft paneer/cottage cheese. It’s indulgent, flavorful and can be paired with roti, naan or rice.

There are so many curries made with paneer with different combinations like Kadhai paneer, Paneer Butter masala, Paneer makhani, Shahi Paneer, Palak Paneer, some are prepared with onion and some without onion. Some are yoghurt base and some are cashew based, whatever the version it is I like all the curries with Paneer.

Cheese Tomato is my favorite since long time, but I usually had it at dhabas in starting. But when i got to know the secrets about making this ah-mazing lip smacking curry, I have never failed to make it to satisfy my food cravings. Though it is prepared only once in a while as it’s loaded with calories, but whenever I cook it I have never compromised on ingredients and have used them generously to make this creamy, buttery cheese tomato.

Imagine scooping in this scrumptious rich creamy Cheese Tomato with butter Naan.. Muh mai paani aa gaya.. Hai na!!
