Though it is not an authentic South Indian recipe but at the end it is garnished with mustard seeds and curry leaves tadka. It's an innovative, new recipe which tastes delicious!!

Bread is a versatile and easily available option for quick fix meals. We usually make sandwiches with it. One fine day while going through newspaper I came across this unique idea of making a new dish with bread and curd. This quick snack is hit at home and we usually make it often for our Sunday special breakfast. Try out this new and innovative bread idli once and I am sure you will love it.

Ingredients
- Bread slices - 4
- Boiled potatoes - 2
- Chopped onion - 1 med size
- Green chilies - 2
- Salt as per taste
- Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chaat masala / Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Curry leaves - 4-5 nos.
- Dahi/Curd - 1/2 cup
How to prepare
- Take bread slices and cut them in round shape using a cutter or katori/bowl.
- In a bowl mash boiled potatoes, add onions, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and mix it well.
- Whisk curd and keep aside.
- For tadka, heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Once mustard seeds splutter switch of the flame and add curry leaves. Add this tadka to curd.
- Now apply potato mixture on the round bread slices.
- Toast the bread slices from both sides.
- Apply curd mix on side the side with no potato mix and cover the pan for a minute.
- Take out on a plate and serve with chutneys.

There are so many curries made with paneer with different combinations like Kadhai paneer, Paneer Butter masala, Paneer makhani, Shahi Paneer, Palak Paneer, some are prepared with onion and some without onion. But when i got to know the secrets about making this ah-mazing lip smacking curry, I have never failed to make it to satisfy my food cravings. Though it is prepared only once in a while as it's loaded with calories, but whenever I cook it I have never compromised on ingredients and have used them generously to make this creamy, buttery cheese tomato.

Ingredients
- 2tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, 2 dry red chilies, 1 cardamom, 1 clove, small cinnamon, 1tsp coriander seeds
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- Ginger - 1 inch, chopped
- Green chili - 1, chopped
- Onion - 1, chopped
- 5 chopped tomatoes
- Salt, Kashmiri red chili powder turmeric
- Handful of cashews soaked in water
- 250 Gms paneer
- 4tbsp fresh cream/malai
How to prepare Cheese Tomato
- In a pan add oil, whole spices cook on low flame for a min.
- Add garlic, ginger & green chili, sauté for a minute.
- Add onions, tomatoes and cook well. Season with spices. Add a cup of water and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Let the mixture gets cool, remove bay leaves, make a smooth paste in mixer grinder and strain it through a strainer.
- Also grind cashews to a smooth paste and grill panner in a pan.
- In another pan add the gravy paste, cashew paste, add seasonings if required. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add fresh cream.
- Add in the grilled paneer and it's ready to devour!!
